The Company
HMF Food Production GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1975. In order to do justice to the national shopping habits of end-consumers and also to initiate a full distribution service, we founded subsidiaries in France, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the USA. We are in the process of establishing HMF Food companies in Greece, Asia and South America.

Company Philosophy and Targets
Taking into consideration the fact that food and nutrition habits constantly change, it has always been our goal to predict these developments and to move with them. Our priority is to achieve the highest standards in customer satisfaction by offering impressive value for money.

We supply retail groups which operate throughout the world. We also have numerous brands which we can make available to our customers for their “private label business”.

This is how we combine tradition and innovation. Our philosophy is to keep what has been tried and tested and to develop into new areas.

Qualitymanagement
We directly influence product production via MDS Industrie-Beteiligung GmbH. Our own recipes are developed by food engineers and we are involved throughout the production process, from selecting the raw materials to manufacturing the final product. Quality assurance is carried out by our quality management department in conjunction with oecotrophologists, food scientists and food technologists.
